- The election of Mr. Lars-Eric Johansson as a director of the Company;
- The election of Mr. Harry E. Ruda as a director of the Company;

- The re-appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants LLP as the auditors of the Company.
